USC MESA Online Student Enrollment

For the 2025-2026 academic year, students will enroll in MESA through the following TWO-STEP PROCESS; however, to enroll in the USC MESA program students MUST attend one of our partner schools. 

Step 1 (Students): Students must complete student and family information using the 2025-2026 MESA Student Enrollment online form (please click on the Green button labeled "New and Returning Student Registration." Please have the following information ready before you begin Step 1:

• Your CASSID (CA Statewide Student ID) - this is your 10-digit state ID with all numbers and NO letters used for state testing. You can get your CASSID from your school transcript, your MESA advisor or your counselor.
• Parent/Guardian information such as email address, education and occupation. A valid parent email address will be needed for the "Parent Information" section in order to complete Step 2 below. Your parent will be sent an email to complete the electronic Parent Authorization and Consent through the MESA Student Enrollment online form; your parent MUST complete and sign the consent forms.

Step 2 (Parents): Parent must sign and submit the MESA parent authorization and consent. If a valid parent email address is not provided in the "Parent Information" section, please use the following method to complete this step:

Both Steps 1 and 2 must be completed in order to officially enroll in MESA. / El Paso 1 y Paso 2  deben ser completados para estar oficialmente inscrito en el programa MESA.
